All new clients begin their journey with a consultation, so we can get to know one another and help you work towards complete skin health.
The first step is an open-minded chat in-clinic or via Zoom. We’ll talk about your unique concerns and any health and lifestyle factors that may be compromising your skin and causing problematic dermatological conditions. Once we’ve established your unique needs, we’ll develop a tailored care plan designed specifically for you.
We offer three different consultation types, as well as a skin review, tailored to your specific needs.
Please note: All new clients are required to have an initial consultation before requesting treatments. A $90 deposit is required to secure all appointments. Our booking policy is available for viewing here.

Until we have had the chance to properly assess your skin, we cannot recommend the best treatments for you. A consult provides the opportunity to have a look at your skin, discuss your concerns, goals, availability, budget and downtime requirements.
This allows us to assess the current health of your skin, choose the most appropriate products and services and optimise your results from your very first treatment.

For a comprehensive start to your skin journey, we recommend all new clients begin with our Complete Skin Wellness Experience. This provides plenty of time to assess all factors that may be compromising skin health, take images using the OBSERV 520 and customise a medi-facial and LED for your needs.
However, if you are already familiar with clinical treatments and wish to begin treatments at St. Skin, our Tailored Skin Wellness Consult may be more appropriate.
Our Complimentary Skin Health Review is for existing clients only and allows the opportunity to reassess and refine your current treatment plan.
Online consultations are recommended only for interstate or international clients, or those unable to attend the clinic in person.

The OBSERV 520 is an advanced technology that allows us to see deeper into the layers of the skin that the naked eyes cannot see.
It is a specialised diagnostic tool that provides us the evidence to establish the right choice of products and treatments to make impactful positive changes to the skin.
The machine takes a series of photographic images with various lighting to provide insight into skin concerns such as oiliness, large pores, pigmentation, dehydration, vascularity, texture and inflammation.
The benefits of using this analysis system is to enable our clinicians to create a tailored skincare and treatment plan for you. The device allows us to track your progress by comparing before and after photographic images pre and post treatment.
The key to preventing further damages is to ensure the most appropriate products and treatments are recommended, with the help of the OBSERV 520 we are able to achieve this.
