Welcome to St. Skin! We are delighted you’ve chosen our clinic for your next treatment. To ensure smooth scheduling and the highest level of care, we ask that you please read our policies carefully.

  • To secure your appointment, a $90 booking fee is required. This fee is applied to your next appointment and holds your booking. Until the deposit is received, your appointment remains tentative.

    You can pay via a secure paylink or at the clinic within 24 hours of making a tentative booking.

    This deposit acts as a bond against your appointment. If you cancel without sufficient notice, the deposit will be forfeited. Refunds are not available within the cancellation period.

  • Upon booking, you will receive an email with your appointment details.

    1 week prior: Appointment reminder via SMS

    • 72 hours prior: Confirmation text; you have 24 hours to confirm or reschedule

    • 48 hours prior: Cancellation policy applies

    Please confirm your appointment or call us to reschedule. If you are unwell, notify us promptly so your slot can be offered to someone on our waitlist. Unconfirmed appointments may be offered to another client.

    Important: We cannot accept cancellations via social media or text message. Contact us directly at 03 9614 0400 or hello@stskin.com.au for all cancellations, reschedules, or changes.

    Please also consider our clinic closures: Sundays, Tuesdays, and public holidays. Cancellations outside business hours will be processed on the next working day.

  • We understand plans change. We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your slot to another client.

    • With 48+ hours notice: No fee; deposit applied to next booking

    • Within 48 hours: $90 booking fee forfeited

    • Within 24 hours: 50% of total treatment cost

    • Within 4 hours / no-show: Full treatment cost charged

    Fees must be paid in full before future bookings.

    Substitute guests: You may send someone in your place. Cancellation fees are waived if we are notified in advance.

  • Life happens! If you are running late, please call as soon as possible.

    • Treatments may be shortened to finish on schedule if we are fully booked

    • If your appointment cannot be completed due to lateness, it will be cancelled and rebooked

    • Your $90 booking fee will be applied as a cancellation fee, and a new deposit will be required for rescheduling
