Booking Policy

Welcome to St. Skin! We are thrilled you have chosen our clinic for your next treatment. To ensure that our day runs smoothly and we can provide you with the best possible care, we kindly ask that you take note of our policies. 

When we schedule your appointment, we calculate the perfect time to suit your very unique skin needs. Last-minute cancellations often can’t be filled as that time has been dedicated to your unique appointment.

Our cancellation policies are in place to accommodate the careful preparation of your treatment and the training and development of our therapists. When many cancellations or no-shows occur, it puts our business at risk of closing. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our policies. 


Booking Fee

We require a $90 booking fee to secure all bookings, which will be kept on your account and applied to your next appointment. Until we receive your deposit, your booking will remain tentative. You can pay via a secured paylink or at the clinic within 24 hours once the appointment has been tentatively booked. 

This deposit is used as a bond against your appointment. If you cancel with insufficient notice, the $90 deposit will be forfeited. Respectfully, we do not offer refunds within the cancellation period.

Appointment Information and Booking Confirmation

Upon making a booking: You will receive an email outlining your appointment time and details.
A week prior to your appointment: You will receive an appointment reminder text message outlining your appointment date and time.
72 hours prior: We will send you a confirmation text message to your mobile, you will have 24 hours to confirm or make changes to your appointment.
48 hours prior: Cancellation policy will be applied.

Please confirm your appointment or call us to reschedule. If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask you to let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer your appointment to our waitlist. If you don’t reply to your confirmation message, we reserve the right to offer your appointment to another client.

*Please note, we are unable to accept cancellations made via social media or text message. Please contact us on 03 96140400 or hello@stskin.com.au if you would like to make changes to your booking this includes rescheduling, cancelling or making changes to appointment time.

We also ask that you be mindful of the days our clinic is closed (Sunday & Tuesday) and provide sufficient notice as we are unable to review your cancellation or move your appointment until the next business working day, this also includes public holidays. Cancellations or changes to your appointment must be done within our business hours and operating days.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking. We kindly request 48 hours’ notice so that we can offer your time slot to another client. If insufficient notice is given, a cancellation fee will apply as outlined below.

By providing the required notice, your deposit will be held for your next booking.

Cancellation Fee

The following fees will be applied for cancellations:

48 hours or more notice: no fee. The deposit can be transferred to your next appointment.
Within 48 hours: your $90 booking fee will be redeemed.
Within 24 hours: you will be charged 50% of your total treatment cost
Within 4 hours/no show: you will be charged for the full cost of the treatment booked

Please note, fees must be paid in full before you are able to rebook any future appointments.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send someone else to take your appointment. In this instance, cancellation fees will be waived. So send your mum or best friend in for some skin love instead. Just let us know ahead of time!

Arrival Times

We understand that everyday life can not always go as planned. We will make every endeavour to create a schedule that most efficiently provides the best care to our clients. If you are running late, we ask that you call and let us know as advance as you can. Your treatment may be shortened to conclude at the scheduled time if we are booked out. If you are so late that the appointment cannot be fulfilled by the scheduled conclusion time, the appointment will be cancelled and rebooked for a future date. Your $90 booking deposit will be used as a cancellation fee, and you will be required to pay another booking deposit when rescheduling.
