Winter can be harsh on the skin, with the cold and dry air causing dehydration and dullness. Incorporating more nourishing skincare products can help combat these effects. Look for products with Beta-Glucan, Vitamin E (Tocopherol) or Sunflower Oil which help to strengthen the skin's barrier and improve moisture retention.

Lastly, make the most of the shorter days and prioritise sleep! Poor sleep can cause dark circles, dull skin, and fine lines. It can also lead to increased cortisol levels, causing inflammation and accelerated ageing in the skin. Aim for 8 hours per night!
